Kucoin Return Policy?
Kucoin.com does not have a traditional return policy as it is a cryptocurrency exchange platform. However, it does have policies related to refunds and customer support. If a user chooses to return an item purchased with their KuCard, the cashback that was earned from that purchase will be deducted from their cashback balance. This adjustment will appear in the user's upcoming statement.
If a refund is processed prior to the cashback settlement cycle, the corresponding cashback amount will be voided. In the case of partial refunds, the cashback amount will be adjusted proportionally. If a refund is processed following the cashback settlement cycle, the cashback amount will be deducted during the subsequent month’s cashback cycle.
